InvestWorks bullish on Cipla, Lupin

Gopi Suvanam, Founder, InvestWorks is bullish on Cipla and Lupin.

Suvanam told CNBC-TV18, "One of the reasons I am liking Cipla and Lupin because of their international exposure. I think that even though growth could be slightly subdued in India, there could be some pick up in growth in the Western world and Cipla seems to be doing quite well in terms of its international strategy. So that's one of the reasons I am looking at Cipla. It is trading at reasonable valuations vis-à-vis its forecasted earnings maybe at a price-earnings (PE) of around 22 or some such level."
He further added, "Lupin, I am particularly interested because of the growth that it is bringing up. We saw about 38 percent growth in sales in the recent results. So which is huge in terms of vis-à-vis other peers and in terms of general broader corporate world in India as such. So that's one of the reasons we are very bullish on Cipla and Lupin."
