Buy Aban Offshore, Bharati Shipyard, Prism Cement: Tulsian

Buy Aban Offshore with a day target of Rs 328 and stop loss of Rs 307. The stock has seen informed buying on Tuesday in anticipation of the company entering into the new contract for its rigs and technical strength is seen in the stock and hence a buy call.

Buy Bharati Shipyard with a day target of Rs 51.50 and stop loss of Rs 48.50. This stock has also seen the informed buying and good amount of delivery based buying has happened on the hopes that company is likely to initiate some measures of monetising some of its assets to pare its debt and in anticipation of some positive news flows the buying has been seen which is likely to continue and hence a buy call.

Buy Prism Cement with a day target of Rs 48 and stop loss of Rs 45.50. The midsize cement companies are seen to be in focus and this stock has come on the radar of the informed circle in anticipation that the company is likely to improve its working in the time to come and this buying is likely to continue in the near-term and hence a buy call.

Short Chambal Fertiliser with a day target of Rs 51 and stop loss of Rs 54. The company has posted very disappointing Q4 numbers largely because of the lower EBITD on their own production of urea as well as on the trading account also with drop in the top-line as well. If compared with year on year or on quarter on quarter basis and this weakness can make the stock to fall to below Rs 50 but the day target has given at Rs 51 with short call.
