Long on Jyoti Structures with a target of Rs 48 and a stop loss at Rs 44. Jyoti Structures is very well established in the business of erecting power transmission towers. The company has been doing very well and enjoys a very good order book position. Moreover the company’s efforts to diversify its space and move into international markets signifies a very good move because that will insulate it from a domestic slow down. The company is also quoting at a very decent valuation. So given all this we feel it is a very safe stock to go long on. Long on Welspun Corp with a target of Rs 112 and a stop loss at Rs 102. Welspun is a clear leader in the pipe segment and enjoys a very good order book position. The company is well positioned to gather new orders from various markets across Asia, Latin America and Europe. The company is also quoting at a very decent valuation and given the kind of leadership position it enjoys we feel it is a very safe stock to go long on and for the day we are keeping a target here at Rs 112. Long on Shasun Pharma with a target of Rs 170 and a stop loss at Rs 152. Shasun is a contract manufacture of various APIs and is making constant efforts to move higher up in the margin space. The company has lined up a very impressive investment plan and is also doing very well. The latest quarter results were very impressive. Moreover the company is diversifying into various new markets and various new products which should improve not only its volume but also its margin going forward Long on Bata India with a target of Rs 915 and a stop loss at Rs 850.
