Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com told CNBC-TV18, "In the short-term I broadly have a view that the markets should go up. So that is different. I cannot be sector specific but there are individual stocks. Rural Electrification Corporation (REC) and Power Finance Corporation (PFC) are both giving signs of weakness. So individual stocks are still there for short selling. I would not go and consider a whole sector as a downmove."
