Buy Sobha Developers on dips, says Sudarshan Sukhani of s2analytics.com.
Sukhani told CNBC-TV18, "Sobha Developers - yesterday’s decline got stemmed somewhere in-between. It bounced back from the lows it made yesterday. That is a good sign. The trend is up. So, Sobha is a positional buy but I would buy into the weakness."
The company's trailing 12-month (TTM) EPS was at Rs 18.60 per share. (Dec, 2012). The stock's price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio was 23.58. The latest book value of the company is Rs 204.00 per share. At current value, the price-to-book value of the company was 2.15. The dividend yield of the company was 1.14%.
The share touched its 52-week high Rs 472.40 and 52-week low Rs 266.85 on 13 February, 2013 and 27 February, 2012, respectively. Currently, it is trading 7.18% below its 52-week high and 64.32% above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 4,300.10 crore.
