In CNBC-TV18's popular show Bull's Eye, Prakash Diwan, Prakash Diwan's Wealth Circle shares trading strategy of the day.
Aban Offshore is a high beta stock. Recently after its exclusion from the Futures & Option (F&O) we saw this stock getting down quite a bit. But in the last couple of sessions we saw some sort of a traction buildup and the positive trigger could possibly be a sale of the power business that this company is into to restructure its debt. So go long in Aban Offshore with a target of Rs 399.90 and a stop of Rs 380.90. Jet Airways is also a high beta play which was in the news off late. We were expecting good earnings to be announced; in fact this could be a quarter with historically best earnings for this airline thanks to the slowdown which other companies are facing in this space, Jet as well as Indigo have benefited tremendously and I expect that that particular favourable numbers to reflect the same. So Jet Airways has target of Rs 376.90 and keep stoploss of Rs 356.90.The third stock is from the cement stock. It has already seen quite a bit of a run up in the cement players but this is one stock that probably still has some steam left. Madras Cement is still one that I would like to go long on, target price of Rs 174.90 and a stop of Rs 164.90.
The last pick is a sedate kind of a company, just got a lot of the dividend payout couple of days back but one of the most promising growth that it could possibly look at its history. This is Piramal Glass, likely to go long into the stock with a target price of Rs 150 and a stop of Rs 94.50.
