Dream Sports, the parent company of fantasy sports major Dream11, is shifting its headquarters from Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) to Worli in January 2026, returning to the same part of the city where it started in 2008, co-founder Harsh Jain said.
The relocation from BKC, one of Asia’s costliest office hubs, comes amid the company’s cost optimisation efforts as it navigates the fallout of the blanket ban on real-money games in the country.
"This move isn’t just about a new space given our focus on cost optimisation. It’s a return to our roots. A reminder to stay lean, frugal, hungry, and laser-focused on building the next big thing from India for the world," Jain said in a post on LinkedIn.
He added the new Dream Sports Stadium office will bring all the company’s brands together for the first time, including Dream11, FanCode, Dream Game Studios, DreamSetGo, Dream Money, Dream Play, Dream Sports AI, and Dream Sports Foundation, as well as upcoming products.
"With all our brands and teams now under one roof, we’ll collaborate better, move faster, and operate smarter," Jain said.
Dream Sports stated that employees, which the company calls as Sportans, will benefit from greater daily convenience in the new Worli office due to improved connectivity through the Coastal Road and Metro network.

Founded in 2008 by Jain and Bhavit Sheth, Dream Sports was last valued at $8 billion when it received $840 million funding from a clutch of funds led by Falcon Edge, DST Global, D1 Capital, Redbird Capital, Tiger Global, TPG and Footpath Ventures in November 2021.
Last month, Moneycontrol reported that Dream11 had begun its international expansion by launching its free-to-play platform in 11 countries, including the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and the United Arab Emirates.
The company pivoted to a free-to-play model supported by ads and sponsorships in August, after halting all paid contests to comply with India's new online gaming law that prohibits online money games.
Dream11 has also rolled out a new fantasy sports feature called Flex, which allows users to create their own leagues and customise rules based on their preferences.
Separately, Dream Sports entered the wealth tech space earlier this year with the launch of Dream Money, which allows people to invest in gold and fixed deposits.
