With an aim of tapping into the rising demand for high-end second homes, Delhi-NCR-based real estate developer Scapes Hospitality has launched its luxury villa project in Himachal Pradesh’s Kasauli.

Nestled in the pristine landscape of Kasauli hills, the project “1842 Kasauli” spreads across 10 acres of land and offers a seamless blend of heritage charm and contemporary elegance.

Sameer Mutreja, Co-Founder and Promoter, Scapes Hospitality said that the company plans to invest around Rs 150 crore in the project with an expected top line of over Rs 350 crore.

“The project, 1842 Kasauli, comprises only 39 villas spread across 10-acres ensuring unparalleled exclusivity.  Each villa is priced between Rs 7 crore and Rs 10 crore, while individual estates are valued at approximately Rs 15 crore to Rs 25 crore. Our objective is to curate unforgettable experiences by harmonizing heritage aesthetics with contemporary luxury,” he said.
