Rumours of resignation of top personnel not true, says Axis Bank

Rumours of two top executives of Axis Bank quitting the company were doing rounds with reports even claiming that the two who resigned are Sidharth Rath, head of corporate and transaction banking and V Srinivasan, deputy managing director.

As the rumours escalated, Axis Bank came out clarifying that the claims were not true. Jairam Sridharan, , CFO of Axis Bank in an interview to CNBC-TV18 said, “There is no truth to the rumours of resignation of top personnel”.
