The Boulevard Road railway colony land in Delhi's civil lines area has an approximate area of 2.156 hectare (21,568.35 sqm) and it will be leased for 99 years with a reserve price of Rs 318 crore. The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA), a statutory authority of Indian Railways, has invited bids for the grant of lease for the redevelopment of the Boulevard Road Railway Colony at Civil Lines in North Delhi.

The land, with an approximate area of 2.156 hectare (21,568.35 sqm), will be leased for 99 years with a reserve price of Rs 318 crore, the Authority noted.

The pre-bid meeting will be conducted on July 19 and the last date of submission of e-bid is August 23, 2024.

The Boulevard Road Railway Colony is situated along Lala Hardev Sahai Marg or GT Karnal Road, close to the Tis Hazari Metro Station and the Rani Jhansi Flyover in New Delhi. The main access to the site is via Lala Hardev Sahai Marg, which features a divided carriageway with a Right of Way (ROW) of approximately 30 meters.
