Gurugram-based real estate developer Aranyaka will launch three second home projects worth over Rs 1,400 crore across Rajasthan, Goa and Himachal Pradesh.
Top executives of the company said that these projects will offer premium, nature-integrated living for discerning homeowners. These projects will vary from plotted developments, townships to villa development.
"In a bid to expand Aranyaka’s footprints, two fresh projects, Sway in Naugaon near Alwar in Rajasthan and Socorro in North Goa, are set to be launched soon. The Himachal Pradesh project will be launched in January-March 2026 quarter," Aditya Kakar, Co-founder of Aranyaka, said.
Together, these three projects are expected to generate over Rs 1,400 crore in revenue, reflecting growing demand for well-conceived second-home communities.
"To support its development pipeline, Aranyaka has planned an investment of over Rs 300 crore over the next three years, with capital allocated toward land acquisition, infrastructure, and construction," Kakar said.
Kakar further said that Naugaon project will be a mix development which will include plots and farmhouses while the Goa project will be an ultra-luxury villa project. The Goa project will have 26 ultra-luxury villas in North Goa and the ticket price of each villa is expected to be around Rs 12.5 crore.
Biju Menon, Co-founder of Aranyaka, said that the company had in 2022 launched its first plotted development project, Araville Farms in Naugaon located along Delhi–Mumbai Expressway near Alwar in Rajasthan. This was followed by the launch of another 50-acre plotted development project, Twin Lakes in Naugaon.
