Gurugram-based real estate developer Landmark Group has launched its luxury residential project, “Landmark SKYVUE” along Dwarka Expressway with an investment of Rs 400 crore, the company said.
The newly-launched development makes up phase-II of an existing project, spread across 11 acres of the land parcel in sector 103 off Dwarka Expressway. The company had delivered phase-I in 2013.
Sandeep Chhillar, Founder and Chairman, Landmark Group, said that Dwarka Expressway is consistently redefining Gurugram’s growth story.
He said that the project “Landmark SKYVUE” will span across 4 acres and will offer 240 ultra-luxury residential units. This development will rise as a low-density project offer 3BHK + Utility and 4.5BHK + Utility residences.
“We aim to invest Rs 400 crore on construction of the project. The investment will be funded through construction finance and some internal accruals. With the revenue potential of Rs 1,200 crore, the project is likely to be delivered over the next 4 years,” he said.
The company has launched the project at Rs 17,500 per square feet and the ticket price for an apartment would range from Rs 4.99 crore to Rs 6.78 crore.

With SKYVUE, we are offering one of the largest layouts and maximum FAA (family amenity allocation), ensuring equitable access to amenity spaces such as parks, fitness and wellness facilities, and lounge areas,” Chhillar said.
The project will have two towers soaring 500 feet high having Ground plus 42 floors. Strategically located on Dwarka Expressway corridor, the project enjoys proximity to IGI Airport, the upcoming metro link, and the corporate hubs of Gurugram and Delhi.
The company has other projects in its pipeline for FY2025-26, including the largest single tower commercial project measuring 2.2 million square feet on Golf Course Extension Road, a high street retail project, and a large mixed-use project, both situated on Dwarka Expressway.
