Real estate major The House of Abhinandan Lodha has launched its hospitality vertical, Miros Hotels and Resorts, with the first property of the portfolio to be set up at HoABL's project in Old Goa, the Imperial, the company informed on July 29.
Aside of the first property under the Miros brand, HoABL has tied up with hotel chain Leela Palaces, Hotels, and Resorts to set up a hotel at the plotted development in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
"With Miros, we are extending our belief in reimagining legacy industries. Just as we’ve made land ownership aspirational and accessible, we’re now creating destinations that are rooted in emotion, curated with care, and designed to leave behind memories that last a lifetime," said Abhinandan Lodha, chairman of HoABL.
According to a company source, HoABL expects to set up hospitality projects at each of its large plotted development projects across India. The hotels or resorts can either be operated under the in-house Miros brand, or with an external hotel chains through a tie up. After the Goa property, the next two Miros-branded hospitality developments are expected to come up at its Alibaug and Neral projects in Maharashtra.
HoABL is delivering plotted developments or villa projects elsewhere in Goa, as well as at Alibaug, Neral, Khopoli, Dapoli, and Nagpur - all in Maharashtra, as well as in Ayodhya. In Mumbai, the company is entering the vertical development space, with two projects in south Mumbai, and another in the far western suburbs as part of a joint development agreement.
