Delhi-NCR based developer Ganga realty will construct Delhi and Gurugram’s “tallest luxury residential” towers with an investment of Rs 1200 crore, the company said.
The realtor plans to develop an uber-luxury housing project ‘Anantam’, comprising three towers with each having ground-plus-59 floors, in Gurugram sector 85 near Dwarka Expressway.
The company said that the project will have a sales potential of Rs 2000 crore. The project will feature 3 and 4 BHK apartments along with a servant’s quarter and a utility Room.
The total number of units in the project will be 524 and the price range of units will start from Rs 16,500 per sq ft. The unit sizes of 3BHK apartment will be 2392 sq ft and 4BHK flat will be of 3101 sq ft, the firm said.

The developer said that the project will be located in close proximity to Global City project, NH-8, and at a 20-minute driving distance from IGI Airport. Anantam will be spread across approximately 5.29 acres and will consist of 3 iconic towers having ground-plus-59 floors.
Vikas Garg, Joint Managing Director, Ganga Realty, said that ‘Anantam’ not only underscores bountiful luxurious developments but also represents the use of smart home features to upgrade the living experience of users.
“We are expecting to deliver the project in the next five years. The project offers excellent connectivity to IGI Airport, the Global City project, and important avenues of Delhi. In the project, we will develop the tallest residential towers in the history of Gurugram and Delhi real estate. We seek to recreate a Dubai-styled living model in Gurugram with an intent to attract end-users wishful of sky-high living,” Garg said.
The Gurugram project will also have energy-efficient and sustainable implementations such as solar panel integration, water recycling systems, onsite water treatment, EV charging station among others.
