Flexible workspace company 91Springboard has expanded its footprint by adding around 100,000 square feet in the national capital region across three new hubs in New Delhi, Gurugram and Noida.
The company said on February 13 it added around 1 lakh square feet office space across three new hubs in Delhi’s World Trade Center in Nauroji Nagar, DLF Building in Cyber City in Gurugram and Bhutani Avenue 62 in Noida.
"Our expansion in the NCR region reflects our commitment to delivering workspaces that embody flexibility, innovation and community,” 91Springboard COO, Sameer Singh, said.
These centres add 1,350 seats and surpass 5.5 lakh sqft portfolio in the region, the company said in a statement on February 13.
91Springboard now has 34 hubs in the country offering ready-to-use private offices, flexible work solutions and built-to-suit managed offices.
Launched in 2012, 91Springboard has a presence eight cities — Bengaluru, Mumbai, New Delhi, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Noida, Pune and Goa.
According to Avendus Capital Report, the demand for co-working spaces is rising in India the market is projected to reach 126 million square feet by 2028, up from 61 msf in 2023.
Market observers say that over the past five years, flexible space operators have emerged as a prominent force within the Indian office leasing ecosystem, consistently securing a share exceeding 15 percent of quarterly leasing.
