DLF Q1FY26 Results: Net profit rises 19% to Rs 766 crore, register new sales bookings of Rs 11,425 crore

Delhi NCR-based listed real estate developer DLF Ltd reported a 19 percent year-on-year (YoY) jump in its consolidated net profit at Rs 766 crore, the company said on August 4 while announcing results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

India's largest realty firm DLF's consolidated revenue stood at Rs 2,981 crore while the company’s EBITDA was Rs 628 crore at the end of the Q1FY26. The realty firm has a net cash position of Rs 7,980 crore.

The company’s new sales bookings for the first quarter of the financial year 2025-26 stood at Rs 11,425 crore, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 78 percent.

“Encouraging response to our latest luxury launch - DLF Privana North, reaffirmed sustained demand for high quality developments backed by a strong brand and superior execution capabilities,” the  company said.
