PM Modi, UK PM Starmer, 17 central banks to attend Global Fintech Fest 2025

Seventeen central banks from across the world are expected to take part in the Global Fintech Fest (GFF) 2025, highlighting the event’s position as the world’s largest fintech conference.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will attend the event to be held in Mumbai.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and UK counterpart Keir Starmer will attend the Global Fintech Fest (GFF) 2025, scheduled for 7–9 October 2025 at the Jio World Centre in Mumbai.

Additionally, seventeen central banks from across the world are expected to take part in the festival, highlighting the event’s position as the world’s largest fintech conference.

“The presence of two visionary world leaders, the Honourable Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and the British Prime Minister Rt Hon. Sir Keir Starmer, will galvanise the Global Fintech Fest into a thought leadership platform to map a sustainable path for equitable progress for the entire humanity, and to reshape finance to be more inclusive, agile, and resilient. The UK and India share one of the most dynamic economic relationships in the world,” said Kris Gopalakrishnan, Chairman, Axilor Ventures and Co-founder, Infosys, and the Chairman of the GFF 2025 Advisory Council.

Among other luminaries who will address GFF 2025 are Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Union IT, railways and I&B minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, Reserve Bank governor Sanjay Malhotra the Securities and Exchange Board of India chairman Tuhin Kanta Pandey.
