Q: Why the Federal Reserve which is the central bank of the United States is considered the most important central bank across the world?

A: The dollar is the reserve currency in the global economy, so much international trades, so many internationally traded commodities are undertaken in US dollar terms, so the Federal Reserve which is in charge of that currency is essentially the most important central bank in the world.
