American professionals accuse TCS of illegal discrimination, WSJ reports
According to the WSJ report, former TCS employees who filed the complaints are Caucasians, Asian-Americans, and Hispanic Americans. They range in age from their 40s to their 60s and live in more than a dozen US states. According to the complaints, many of them have masters of business administration or other advanced degrees. After viewing the complaints, the WSJ reports the professionals claim that the company’s actions showed preferential treatment towards Indian workers in the US who hold highly sought-after visas.
