Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on April 21, came down heavily on the Congress, while addressing an election rally in Rajasthan's Banswara. Slamming the Congress' manifesto once again, he said the content of the manifesto is both serious and troubling. The Prime Minister slammed the Congress' promise of wealth distribution if elected to power in the ongoing Lok Sabha Elections.
