Valor Estate Limited (formerly known as D B Realty Limited) has partnered with GHV Infra Projects Ltd. for the execution of the PAP & Police Housing Project at Malad (East), Mumbai. The company informed the exchange about the same on August 21, 2025.
GHV Infra Projects Ltd. will serve as the engineering, procurement, and construction partner for the project. Valor Estate received the mandate for this project from the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) through a competitive bidding process, pursuant to which Valor received a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) dated October 11, 2024 and Corrigendum to the said LOA dated June 4, 2025.
The project, which includes the development of approximately 13,374 affordable housing tenements under the PAP Scheme, is expected to have an initial scope of approximately ₹2,000 crore. The targeted completion period for the project is sixty months from commencement.
The formal contract between Valor and GHV will be executed in due course, subject to customary approvals.
