Sectoral indices tumble over 2% on India's surgical hit

Benchmark indices fell more than 1 percent after DGMO said the Indian Army conducted surgical strike on Pakistan last night. The 30-share BSE Sensex was down 342.26 points or 1.21 percent at 27950.55 and the 50-share NSE Nifty dropped 103.15 points or 1.18 percent to 8642.
