Jain Irrigation to Receive National Award at EEPC India Event

Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. announced that it is being conferred the National Award at the 56th EEPC India Export Awards during EEPC India's Platinum Jubilee celebrations on September 12, 2025.

The company has been in compliance with all necessary disclosures under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and its related Schedules. In addition to the upcoming announcement, the latest filings include:

1. On September 5, 2025, the company submitted the Notice of the 38th Annual General Meeting, which is scheduled to be held on September 29, 2025, along with the Annual Report for FY 2024-25.

On September 2, 2025, the outcome of the Board Meeting was disclosed, wherein the Board approved fund raising not exceeding ₹500 Crores through Qualified Institutions Placement, the draft Notice of the 38th Annual General Meeting along with the Explanatory Statement, and the book closure for the purpose of the 38th AGM.

The company has confirmed that no new event, information, etc., that have a bearing on the operation/performance of the Company (which include all price sensitive information etc.), have taken place after the above referred disclosures which warrant dissemination under the said Regulation.
