We have seen quite a few PSU banks now delivering results and most of these results have actually panned out at least the way we are expecting. The asset quality concern, the intensity of the pain continues to be there and the director of Bank of Baroda is not ready to say that the worst is behind yet. He still feels that there could be some more pain in the next couple of quarters at least.
"Clearly we have got two set of results where the private banking financial services have actually delivered much better versus the PSU bank and that is why we would like to avoid investing in PSU banking space at this point in time.
