Harsha Engineers International Limited announced the appointment of M/s Chirag Shah & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor of the company. The decision was approved by the shareholders at the 15th Annual General Meeting held on September 12, 2025.
The appointment is for a term of 5 consecutive years, covering the financial years from 2025-26 to 2029-30.
M/s Chirag Shah and Associates was originally incorporated as a proprietorship firm in 2000 by Mr. Chirag B Shah. It was later converted into a partnership firm in 2018-19 to expand its practice and client service capabilities.
Kiran Mohanty, Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of Harsha Engineers International Limited, confirmed that the details of the appointment comply with the SEBI Master Circular dated November 11, 2024.
The company has requested that the stock exchanges take note of this appointment.
