The company has rectified a typographical error, revising the grant to 2,57,784 stock options under the PSOP Plan 2023 to 201 eligible employees. These options are in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021.
The revised details and disclosures, as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, are enclosed as Annexure A.
