The Board of Directors of Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Limited, in its meeting held on August 28, 2025, approved the appointment of M/s SCV & Co., LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the statutory auditors of the company for a term of five years. This appointment follows the completion of the term of the existing auditors, M/s. Amod Agrawal & Associates, Chartered Accountants, at the upcoming 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The board also approved the appointment of M/s N M & Co., Cost Accountants, as the cost auditor for the financial year 2025-26, and Mr. Santosh Kumar Pradhan, Company Secretaries, as the secretarial auditor for a term of five years.
Additionally, the board approved the Directors' Report, including all annexures, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
The 46th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 29, 2025, at 12.30 p.m. through virtual / video conferencing. The record date for dividend payment and the AGM is set for September 22, 2025. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 23, 2025, to September 29, 2025 (both days inclusive).
