Indiabulls Housing Finance (IBHFL) after merger of Indiabulls Financial Services (IBFSL) with self will list its equity shares on exchanges on Tuesday, July 23.
Indiabulls Housing Finance issued one equity share of Rs 2 each for every 1 equity share held in Indiabulls Financial Services as on the record date.
It will also list its warrants on Tuesday.
IBFSL share stopped trading from March 19, 2013. It was closed at Rs 272.30 on the Bombay Stock exchange.
