Grey market premiums (GMPs) for the upcoming initial public offerings (IPOs) of PhysicsWallah, Emmvee Photovoltaic Power and Tenneco Clean Air India have seen a rise of Rs 5–96 per share, indicating steady investor interest ahead of their share sale next week, according to market trackers.
A gain in GMP is generally viewed as a sign of positive sentiment among investors, suggesting expectations of listing gains and a willingness to pay above the upper end of the price band.

Edtech company PhysicsWallah has set a price band of Rs 103–109 per share for its Rs 3,480-crore IPO. The issue will open for subscription on November 11 and close on November 13, while anchor investors will be allotted shares on November 10. At the top end of the price band, the company’s valuation stands at about Rs 31,500 crore.
Solar module and cell maker Emmvee Photovoltaic Power has fixed a price band of Rs 206–217 per share for its Rs 2,900-crore public issue. The IPO will open on November 11 and close on November 13, with anchor allotment scheduled for November 10. At the upper end, the company is valued at over Rs 15,000 crore.
Tenneco Clean Air India, part of the US-based Tenneco Group, has announced a price band of Rs 378–397 per share for its Rs 3,600-crore IPO. The issue will open on November 12 and close on November 14, with anchor allocation on November 11, the company said.
The offering will be an Offer for Sale (OFS) by promoter Tenneco Mauritius Holdings Ltd, with no fresh issue of shares. The company has revised its issue size to Rs 3,600 crore from Rs 3,000 crore proposed earlier, as per its draft documents filed in June.
