The share allotments for TruAlt Bioenergy IPO will likely be finalised by today, September 30. IPO applicants can check their allotment status on BSE and NSE, as well as the official site of its registrar.
The maiden public issue of the company was subscribed around 72 times during its three days of public bidding between September 25 and September 29.

Ahead of listing, the shares of the company were trading with more than 17 percent grey market premium (GMP) over the IPO price, according to data on Investorgain.
IPO applicants can check their TruAlt Bioenergy IPO allotment status on the official website of the registrar, Bigshare Services. The status will also be available on the websites of stock exchanges BSE and NSE.

- Step 5: The allotment status will be shown in the window.

The maiden public issue of TruAlt Bioenergy comprised a fresh issue of shares worth Rs 750 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of 18 lakh shares worth Rs 89.28 crore by the existing promoters. The price band was set at Rs 472-496 per share for the IPO.
The shares of the company are scheduled to be listed on stock exchanges on October 3.
