Om Freight Forwarders IPO continues to see robust subscription on the second day of share sale on Tuesday. The initial share sale by the logistics and freight forwarding company got fully subscribed on the first day of bidding on Monday.
The Rs 122.3-crore IPO received bids for 1.76-crore shares against 79.16-lakh shares on offer, translating into 2.23 times subscription, according to NSE data.
The portion meant for non-institutional investors garnered 4.7 times subscription. Qualified institutional buyers category got subscribed 3.95 times and retail individual investors portion received 91 percent subscription. The IPO has a price range of Rs 128-135 per share.

According to platforms tracking the grey market activities, the shares of the company are commanding a GMP of about 5 percent in the unregulated market. Investorgain quoted a GMP of Rs 7 for the shares of the company, indicating a listing gain of 5.19 percent.
Om Freight Forwarders IPO share allotment is expected by October 6, while listing is scheduled to take place on October 8.
