The Rs 10,603-crore ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company IPO was open for subscription from December 12-16. The company had fixed the price band at Rs 2,061-2,165 per share.

According to platforms tracking grey market activity, shares of ICICI Prudential AMC were commanding a premium of about 14–15 percent in the unregulated market.
