Environ Min to clear all pending proposals Feb 15: Moily

Environment Minister Verappa Moily also said that he accepts the Supreme Court’s plan for a green tribunal.

Expediting green nod, Veerappa Moily, who recently took over as the environment minister, has said that all pending proposals with the environment ministry will be cleared by February 15.

“As and when it comes, the proposals, we always ensure it is not kept pending in the ministry. That is why, all the files and matters that are pending, I hope to clear everything by February 15,” he said.

Speaking on CNBC-TV18, Moily also said that he accepts the Supreme Court’s plan for a green tribunal.
