In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Ashwini Kumar, COO, Nitesh Estates spoke about the Q2 performance of the company.

He said, “In the next two quarters that is Q3 and Q4 there are at least two projects which will get into revenue recognition. One is Nitesh Napa Valley, which is a villa project and the other is Nitesh Long Island, which is a plot in development. These two will get into revenue recognition in this current year.”
