HDFC Securities has come out with its third quarter (October-December) earnings estimates for the Real Estate sector. The brokerage house expects Prestige Estates to report net profit at Rs 60 crore down 6.2% quarter-on-quarter.
Net Sales are expected to decrease by 9.6 percent Q-o-Q (up 6.2 percent Y-o-Y) to Rs 1040 crore, according to HDFC Securities.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) are likely to fall by 6.4 percent Q-o-Q (down 2.2 percent Y-o-Y) to Rs 220 crore.
