Power Gird Corporation Q2 PAT seen up 11.2% YoY to Rs. 2,568.5 cr: Emkay

Emkay has come out with its second quarter (July-September’ 19) earnings estimates for the Power sector. The brokerage house expects Power Gird Corporation to report net profit at Rs. 2,568.5 crore up 11.2% year-on-year (up 5.8% quarter-on-quarter).

Net Sales are expected to increase by 5.8 percent Y-o-Y (up 0.8 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 8,759.8 crore, according to Emkay.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) are likely to rise by 9.1 percent Y-o-Y (down 2.2 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 7,607.3 crore.
