Kolte-Patil Developers posted a good set of earnings in Q4. In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Gopal Sarda, CEO-Mumbai & Group President of Kolte-Patil Developers spoke about the results and his outlook for the company.
Kolte-Patil planning four new launches in Bengaluru and Pune in FY18, he said.
He further said that they are maintaining pre-sales number on a sequential basis.
Demand has picked up substantially in March, said Sarda.
