Kolte- Patil Developers Q3 PAT seen up 76.3% YoY to Rs. 49 cr: HDFC Securities

HDFC Securities has come out with its third quarter (October-December’ 18) earnings estimates for the Real Estate sector. The brokerage house expects Kolte-Patil Developers to report net profit at Rs. 49 crore up 76.3% year-on-year (up 386.3% quarter-on-quarter).

Net Sales are expected to increase by 31.2 percent Y-o-Y (up 66 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 350 crore, according to HDFC Securities.

Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) are likely to rise by 6.9 percent Y-o-Y (up 74.1 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 74 crore.
