India's local search engine Just Dial is expected to report a 30 percent degrowth in second quarter profit at Rs 32.5 crore on weak operational performance quarter-on-quarter, according to analysts polled by CNBC-TV18.
Revenue during the quarter is seen rising 8.9 percent to Rs 186.5 crore from Rs 171.3 crore on sequential basis.
Operating profit may fall 20.7 percent quarter-on-quarter to Rs 31.5 crore and margin may contract 630 basis points to 16.9 percent in Q2. The company increased its sales force to drive sales growth and hence margin may see a further correction QoQ. Q1 margin was at 25.06 percent.
Core business growth is expected to remain tepid as information becomes increasingly commoditised.
