In an interview with CNBC-TV18’s Sumaira Abidi, KK Singh, CMD, Rolta India talks about the company’s outlook for the coming quarters and analysis on its Q3 figures.Below is the verbatim transcript of the interview: Q: Can you just take us through the highlights of this quarter and what the margin picture looks like for you?A: This quarter has been very good. The top-line has increased almost 21 percent sequentially and 44 percent Y-o-Y. The EBITDA has also increased 19 percent sequentially to Rs 285 crore and 32 percent Y-o-Y. The PAT has gone up 6.2 percent sequentially. So overall this has been a very good quarter. This is also our half year. The half year numbers are also very high.Q: What is the outlook now for the rest of the year? What do you hope to do in the second half?A: First of all, we are closing our year on 31st March, 2014, that is in 9 months to comply with the new Company Law. So instead of closing on June, we will be closing on 31st March. As far as the next quarter is concerned, we had originally given 15 percent revenue growth guidance for the whole year and PAT growth of 15 percent, but now we believe that the revenue growth should be in excess of 25 percent and the PAT should also be growing better than what we had guided.Q: Operationally do you think there is more headroom now to improve from these levels?A: Yes, operationally we are seeing tremendous traction. Going forward, we will see tremendous traction, especially the defense and other things. We are one of the very few companies who have been invited to quote for a large defense program which is in excess of Rs 30,000 crore. This is a Make India program. We have been serving the defense in this environment for almost 20 years, so we are quite experienced in the particular field.
