Expect fertiliser volumes and margin to improve in FY18: GSFC

GSFC’s Q4 revenues and margins fell in the fertiliser business but the chemical segment saw a strong performance.

In an interview to CNBC-TV18, VD Nanavaty, Senior VP-Finance & CFO of GSFC spoke about the results and his outlook for the company.

Financial year 2016-2017 was very bad from the fertiliser perspective, he said.

He expects improvement in the fertiliser margins and volumes in FY18 on the back of better rainfall forecast.
