Can Fin Homes posted a weak set of earnings this quarter. In an interview to CNBC-TV18, SK Hota, MD of the company spoke about the results and his outlook for the company going ahead.
Hota said that we expect disbursements growth to increase going ahead.
He further said that we are satisfied with the loan book growth.
According to him, 91 percent of the portfolio qualifies for affordable housing.
We are comfortable with the margin above 3.5 percent, he added.
