Engineers India Limited (EIL) has announced a final dividend of ₹2 per share for the financial year 2024-25. The record date for determining shareholders' eligibility for the dividend is set for August 29, 2025.
The dividend, if declared at the upcoming Annual General Meeting, will be disbursed to shareholders whose names appear in the register of members as of August 29, 2025. This includes beneficial owners as per statements furnished by the depositories for shares held in electronic form, and members in the Register of Members for physical shares.
The company has fixed Friday, August 29, 2025, as the record date for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of shareholders entitled to receive the final dividend.
