The company has fixed Monday, September 15, 2025, as the 'Record Date' for payment of the final dividend for the financial year 2024-25.
The final dividend will be paid to the members whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company as on the Record Date, if approved by the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Monday, September 22, 2025. Accordingly, the dividend will be paid on or before Monday, October 20, 2025.
