Kamat Hotels announced their results, reporting consolidated revenues of Rs 127 crore. Executive chairman and managing director, Vithal Kamat says that the board has consolidated all the businesses into Kamat Hotel India Limited. He says both Vithal Kamat Restaurant chain and also the Lotus Resorts now this has been merged into Kamat Hotel India,
