Titan Industries Q4 net profit up 64% at Rs 83.8 cr

Titan Industries has announced its fourth quarter results. The company's Q4 net profit was up 64% at Rs 83.8 crore versus Rs 51.2 crore.

Its net sales were up 36% at Rs 1778 crore versus Rs 1311 crore. Its OPM was down 170 bps Titan Inudustries board has approved bonus issue of 1:1, stock split from Rs 10 to Re 1, dividend of Rs 25 per share.
