Mahindra Satyam, a subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra group, has reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 58.9 crore for the quarter ended December 2010, up 153% as compared to Rs 23.3 crore in previous quarter.
Consolidated income from operations went up by nearly 3.% at Rs 1,279.3 crore from Rs 1,242.4 crore on quarter-on-quarter basis. Earning before interest, depreciation, tax and amortisation (EBIDTA) too increased by 11% to Rs 81.9 crore from Rs 73.5 crore (QoQ). EBITDA margin improved at 6.4% versus 5.9%.
