Real estate and construction company, Vascon Engineer had opened subscription of Rs 100 crore shares via rights issue. The company’s Managing Director, R Vasudevan, told CNBC-TV18 that Tamla Chemical, owned by Vallabh Bhansali, bought 1.17 crore shares in the company. Tamla Chemical is an existing shareholder of Vacon Engineers and this issue has increased Tamla’s share to about 6 to 7 percent in the company, Vasudevan said.
