Storage products maker Western Digital has launched a new solution for Rs 18,990 which offers significantly high performance.
The product, which has been launched under the SanDisk brand (Western Digital acquired SanDisk last year), comes with A1 SD specification that shows significantly high performance.
"Long used by billions to expand capacity, the microSD card now must evolve to support application-intensive environments, paving the way for a new dimension of memory card performance," SanDisk India Country Manager Rajesh Gupta told reporters here.
The A1 specification will help ensure an optimal experience when running and launching apps on their smartphone, he added.
The company has also launched two high-capacity USB flash drives, offering up to 35X faster speeds than standard USB 2.0 drives.
