Nandan Denim to raise Rs 100cr via warrants to foreign investors

In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Govind Sharda, President of Nandan Denim spoke about their annual general meeting (AGM) and the shareholder nod that they got to issue 50 lakh convertible warrants to foreign investors at a price of Rs 200 each.

In an interview to CNBC-TV18, Govind Sharda, President of Nandan Denim spoke about their annual general meeting (AGM) and the shareholders' nod that they got to issue 50 lakh convertible warrants to foreign investors at a price of Rs 200 each.

He further said that they expect to get Rs 25 crore upfront. Will use this funds for working capital, corporate actions, he said.
